What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed.
Products added to cart: these will be used to send you marketing messages and invite you to complete the order. Name, Last name, Email and Phone number: data used with the purpose to contact you.
Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

Who on our team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We process analytics data trough Google Analytics. The following events will send Google Analytics for consumption:
- Page view (and potentially video play events).
- Shopping cart additions and removals.
- Product listing views and clicks.

Purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased
We process marketing data trough Google Ads and Facebook. Conversion events will send Google Ads and Facebook for consumption.
We process payments via Mollie and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data is passed on to Mollie or Stripe, including information that is necessary to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.
Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
When we ship your order, some of your data will be passed to SendCloud or MyParcel, including information required to process or support the shipping. SendCloud and MyParcel will pass this information to shipping providers PostNL or DHL based on the shipping provider chosen for fulfill the shipping.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
