Instructions for use
For a cup of Morning Latte: Heat 200 ml of plant-based milk with 2 teaspoons of the preparation and mix regularly.
Our Cocoa & Maca Morning Latte can also be added to all your sweet recipes (pancakes, waffles, crumble, smoothies…) to give them flavor and benefits!
Store in a dry place, protected from light and tightly closed.
By not using preservatives, such as an anti-caking agent, the latte powder tends to clump quickly in the package. Similar to what happens with an organic spice mix without preservatives. Even after loosening the powder, the latte powder (especially the pink and cocoa varieties) will start to clump again. Use a fork to loosen it first and then mash/mix.
The latte powder has a lot of cocoa powder, both powders have hydrophobic properties, they do not just dissolve well in liquids.
- The method to do this is by first putting a small layer of water in the glass/cup and then the powder (use 1 cm of water in a glass with a scoop).
- Mix the layer of water and powder well, make sure there are no lumps left, press the other one finely.
- Let the glass stand for a while (1 to 2 minutes), and then repeat the mixing process and then fill the glass with, for example, the soy milk.
- Then stir the glass well again.
